Over the past 3 years, the Board of Trustees of the Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) has been distracted by personal and political agendas that have little or nothing to do with the students and their education. This needs to change. We need our trustees to demonstrate a commitment to the children and to their education. We need our trustees to work together to find sensible solutions for the district’s toughest problems.
As I continue to have an ongoing interest in public education, I am determined to encourage the board to serve the best interests of the students of CUSD.
